Sunrise Maine Elopement in Bingham | Jordan & Hayzen

A Sunrise Maine Elopement for Jordan & Hayzen | Bingham, Maine Elopement Photographer

Bingham, ME elopement

Some love stories deserve a quiet chapter all their own. Truly, a sunrise elopement experience brings unique magic as the day begins and the world awakens with you. A Sunrise Elopement is the perfect way to begin a new chapter together, surrounded by peace and beauty as the day begins.

While Jordan and Hayzen are planning a traditional wedding celebration with family and friends in Vermont this September, they knew there was one thing missing from their wedding story. Maine.

Maine has always held a special place in their hearts, and before the big celebration, they wanted to create a meaningful experience that was just for the two of them. There’s nothing quite like welcoming a new day with a Maine sunrise and an intimately planned elopement.

Justin and I left home around 3:45 in the morning and made our way to Bingham, where Jordan and Hayzen had rented a beautiful Airbnb tucked away in the quiet Maine landscape. As the rest of the world was still sleeping, our sunrise elopement adventure unfolded as we spent the early morning hours getting ready together, chatting about life, sharing stories, and even discussing favorite fishing spots.

One of my favorite things about intimate weddings and elopements is how relaxed everything feels. There is no rushing from one event to the next. Instead, there is space to slow down, breathe, and simply enjoy a sunrise elopement moment.

Around 6:00 AM, as the first light of day began to spill across the landscape, Jordan and Hayzen stepped outside to exchange their private vows. With only the sounds of nature around them, they promised forever to one another in a ceremony that felt genuine, heartfelt, and completely true to who they are. Experiencing a sunrise and an elopement simultaneously is truly special.

After their ceremony, we headed to a location they had discovered for portraits. It wasn’t a mountaintop overlook or a well-known destination. In fact, it was simply a beautiful spot off the side of the road where their sunrise elopement story continued.

And honestly? It was perfect for a meaningful sunrise elopement, capturing all the quiet beauty of the morning.

The soft morning light, the surrounding scenery, and the joy these two shared created magic in a place many people would drive right past without a second glance. It was a reminder that beautiful photographs aren’t always about the location. They’re about the connection, the emotion, and the story of your sunrise elopement as it unfolds.

Like any great adventure, the day didn’t go entirely according to plan. A little bad luck found its way into the evening, adding an unexpected twist to their story. Still, the spirit of their sunrise elopement made every moment memorable. But sometimes those imperfect moments become the parts of the day we remember most.

My hope is that years from now, Jordan and Hayzen will look back on this sunrise Maine elopement and smile. Not just because of the photographs, but because of the memories they created together. The early wake-up call. The laughter. The quiet vows. The roadside photo location. The adventure. Their sunrise elopement in Maine will surely hold a special place in their hearts for years to come.

And most of all, because they chose to honor a place that means so much to them and make it part of the beginning of their next chapter, with a sunrise elopement memory to cherish forever.

Jordan and Hayzen, thank you for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful morning. We are so excited for your Vermont wedding this September and cannot wait to celebrate alongside your family and friends. It was an honor to document your sunrise elopement journey in Maine.

Congratulations to you both on a breathtaking elopement at sunrise.
