I grew up in the hills of Vermont as an only child for nine years — which basically means I ruled the house until my little sister showed up and stole the spotlight. I stayed there into my late twenties, then met my husband Justin and moved to Maine, where I instantly went from zero kids to four daughters I later adopted (because go big or go home, right?). When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m working as a teacher’s aide at our small-town school, loving on all my tiny besties. I find peace in the woods, next to a river, or hiding behind corners to scare people for fun. And once spring hits, I’m outside gardening, growing flowers, and watching birds like it’s my full-time job. I’m also, without question, the funniest person I know — and honestly, everyone else is just lucky to witness it.

Let's get the ball rolling...

More About me

I’m Caitlin, the calm in the middle of any wedding-day whirlwind — the person who can keep timelines flowing, family wrangling painless, and portraits effortless, even when things get a little chaotic. When I’m not capturing love stories, you can usually find me staring up at the sky like a professional cloud enthusiast (if cloud-watching were a sport, I’d have medals). I bring a mix of heart, humor, and true-to-life storytelling to every session — and yes, I’m just as hilarious in person as I am behind the camera… at least according to 10/10 brides and my four brutally honest kids.

SIMPLY, I'm a sucker for a good scenery.

I'm Caitlin marie wedding-wyman.

There’s something truly magical about holding your memories in your hands. Printed photos turn fleeting moments into tangible keepsakes—something your family can flip through, frame, and treasure for generations. Unlike digital files that get lost in the shuffle of phones and hard drives, prints become part of your home, your story, and your legacy. They’re a reminder that the moments we love most deserve to live beyond the screen.

HERE'S WHY printed photos should matter to you, too.

I'm a storyteller...

In my free time, you’ll usually find me soaking up the summer sun, tanning and chasing warm days like they’re a full-time job. I love spending time with my sister and nephew, getting crafty with paint and little DIY projects, and starting every morning with a perfectly warm cup of coffee. And when the evenings roll in, nothing beats hopping on the scooter with my girl gang and riding down the road to catch the sunset—it’s the simplest moments that fill me up the most.

I love a good hike through Cathedral Pines after a fresh snowfall—the whole campground turns quiet and magical, like the world hit pause just for a moment. Snow days with my girls are my favorite kind of mid-week reset. We grab our snowshoes, bundle up, and wander through the pines together, laughing, exploring, and soaking up the peaceful kind of joy that only winter in Maine can bring.

There’s nothing quite like a boat day on Flagstaff Lake. Sun on our faces, mountains hugging the shoreline, kids laughing as they dangle their toes over the edge—these are the moments that feel like summertime magic. We pack the cooler, grab our favorite people, and drift across the water with no real agenda except soaking up the beauty around us. Slow moments, good friends, and that feeling of being exactly where you’re meant to be… that’s a Flagstaff Lake kind of day.

Call me old school, but I believe in the power of sitting down together for dinner—no phones, no distractions, just real conversations. Sharing a meal, laughing around the table, and actually looking at each other is where connection grows. Those little moments, night after night, are what make a family feel close.

I love getting my family dressed up for the weirdest, most wonderful photo sessions. The kids pick their own outfits, we break out the face paint, and then I let them direct each other with wild poses and creative shots. One year, I even sent those chaotic masterpieces out as our Christmas cards… ho ho ho.
