Rachel and Brendan held their wedding at Strokes bar&grille on Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine. It was a small, intimate night-time ceremony filled with their closest friends and family.

While out taking my establishing shots of the venue I could tell it was going to be a COLD night and we were going to have to get creative and quick! Luckily everyone was able to warm up with Rachel and Brendans signature drinks, tequila sunrise and blueberry lemonade.

Guests were shuttled from Sugarloaf Mountain where they were greeted by kind staff and enjoy the atmosphere of Strokes bar&grille. Not long after 5pm Rachel and Brendan’s ceremony started. Rachels parents walked her down the isle to Brendan waiting at the fireplace. It was a short and sweet ceremony followed by a delicious dinner catered by Sugarloaf Mountain.

As the guests finished up dinner, the best man and maid of honor gave their speeches. One was sweet and endearing, and the other was a roast that had laughter filling the room! Finally DJ Michael O’Neil turned down the venue lights, started playing hits from the 2000’s, soon the dance floor was full of people busting moves!!! If you weren’t dancing, you were over at the dessert table snacking on the perfect bite sized donuts from Eighty 8 Donuts.
